HARP refi w/ a new lender?

HARP refi w/ a new lender?
Has anyone found a NEW lender to do a HARP refi with? Our current lender isn't participating in the HARP program(though I thought it was mandatory for Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac holders  ) and Chase and a few others say they are only working w/ existing customers.
Tx for any input!!

HARP refi w/ a new lender?
We are going through our existing lender, GMAC/Ally Bank. I thought it was mandatory too- is there someone you can contact?

Tx, I will give them a call. Found out the only thing mandatory is a work-out plan if you are in arrears.....oh well, maybe we should stop paying for a few months!!
