Yoga question!
I know I can do Prenatal Yoga.. But am I able to do regular Yoga? My friend wants me to go with her so wanted to make sure I can first:)

Yes you just have to let the instructor know and he/she will tell you any positions that need to be modified.

i would just be careful not to overdo it - listen to your body and dont push yourself.
my friend used to take yoga (pre pregnancy) but switched to prenatal yoga when she got pregnant with her first. she recommended prenatal yoga to me because she said all students are in the same boat and can only do certain poses. depending on the yoga class you are taking you may have an instructor that needs to modify your prenatal positions and also positions for others that have injuries in which case you arent getting all the attention you may need.
i also have never done yoga - so that may be why she suggested sticking with prenatal

If you've been practicing, continue, but tell your teacher.
The only definite no-no's are inversions and twists.
