Re: Had a strange appt yesterday , can't stop thinking about it .
Definitely voice your concerns....with my last pregnancy, I called to talk to my dr reallllllly early on (like 5 weeks) bc I had had a hip X-ray prior to knowing I was pregnant and was extremely concerned. They had me come in to see the PA. I had my older two kids w me- she had never seen me before, doesn't know me or anything abt my pregnancies, etc and after hearing I had the hip X-ray asked me if I would consider having a certain procedure. I told her it was out of the question, asked what I was headed for and was told there was a 50/50 chance that the baby would have malformations to its limbs, head, etc......I asked if she ever experienced someone in this position and she told me, yes and that all 3 ladies did go along to have an abortion!!!!!!! She seemed mad and said I'd obviously made up my mind and was gonna do an internal- I told her I'd wait to see my dr! I spoke to the office manager, my dr, anyone who would listen bc I truly feel no one should have to sit through such a painful conversation......she is not allowed to see me, speak to me, nothing. For the record- my beautiful, perfect, baby boy is 27 months old!!!!
Voice your concerns....it's your body and your baby!!!!! You're entitled to the best care available!!!! Not saying she isn't a great dr or at the very least won't be but you shouldn't be here practice run if you aren't comfortable with it!!! Good luck!!!

Me neither, trust me.....and apparently the whole office staff can't stand her either. Not sure how she's still has a job but whatever. I love my ob so that's why I continue going there, otherwise I would've hightailed it right out!
