Back pain?
I am 24 weeks.
Since yesterday I have had a very strong, dull ache in my lower back that radiates through my butt down to my legs. It is also causing little twinges of pain in my lower abdomen, but that is very intermittent.
The back pain feels exactly like when I get my period.
I figured constipation so I took Colace. I couldn't sleep due to the pain, woke up, went to the bathroom some (sorry!), but the pain hasn't gone away.
I have a drs appt on Tuesday.
Has anyone else experienced this? Should I just wait it out? I don't have any other issues with discharge or anything...

I would call your dr and see if they can see you a little earlier if you're still in pain

I've been having the same problems, only that I'm 18 weeks. Was concerned and call the doctor and he told me it was normal.
