Bretton Woods in Coram???
Just wondering if anyone lives or knows of this community. I see many condos for sale and I didn't know if we should check them out or not.
Any info would be appreciated! TIA

I actually just purchased in Bretton Woods. We close the end of August. I love it there. My parents, aunt, 2 good friends also live in the complex. The grounds are well maintained and the amenities are awesome - indoor pool, outdoor pool, bowling alley, restaurant, tennis, bocci and a ton of activities at the clubhouse.
The only negative I could say would be that up until afew years ago there was more of an older crowd living there, but many new familes are moving in and I would say it's about 1/2 new families 1/2 retired now. Oh and also make sure when your looking what school district your condo will be in...half the complex is Longwood and half is Middle Country. We are moving into Middle Country.

Ive only heard good things about it.....well the only bad things Ive heard are that some of the units are still decorated as if its the 60-70's  with RUG on the walls!!

I have friends who live there, there unit is like a house. DH and I looked there, but ruled it out for several reasons: the distance from our jobs, the school district and I wasnt crazy about the surrounding area. But that was just us...
It is a beautiful place, and I love the units!

I use to sell real estate & I had a listing there that I almost bought. My mother talked me out of it & I regret it to this day! It is a beautiful complex. I say check it out!

We felt the same way, and wound up instead buying in the same complex as Christy! I did not love the surrounding area, which was important to me.
