Since I'm on a low salt diet but I'm craving keilbasie Sorry for the bad spelling Do the make low salt or just give up

They may make low salt, but I am not 100%.
Dont ya love it..I haven't had tuna in years...Ive been craving it! I know some dr.s say its ok, but, Im not going to touch it due to the mercury and all that fun stuff.
Can we even eat Kielbasa? LOL I have no idea.

I would think that Kielbasa is fine (except for the no salt thing) -- does fresh Kielbasa have salt? The kind that comes out white when you cook it?

I know how you feel, BUT Hilshires does make low sodium Kielbasa. I don't know if it's as good, but it might satisfy the craving!

I ate it all the time while pregnant. I do believe you can find it in low sodium.
