X post from TTC
Just stopped taking the pill several weeks ago. I've been using OPK and today ( cd12) and still no surge. I started using OPK on cd 9. Previously i would have a surge on cd 9 or 10 the latest. Is it possible that I ovulated early, just after stopping the pill (ovulate right after period) ?
I'm feeling weird cramping and pulling on one side , if it is ovulation pain, OPK would have indicated right?

I have PCOS and OPKs do not work for me even though I ovulated with medication. I had to confirm ovulation through a blood test. Do you have any issues that might cause you not to respond to an OPK? That's the only help I can be!

It often takes a few months for your body to go back to "normal" after coming off BCPs. Just keep testing and you should hopefully get a + soon.
