I went to st Marys children's hospital in Bayside. Call to make an appt. They only do them certain days and it was free. 7182818571

I thought you could go to any precinct.
Anyone can install a car seat (me, you, random police officer, etc) but not any precient offers a certified car seat installer who has taken a training class and has to be recertified every few years.
