off the top of my head this as I am making lists of thing now... this is what I came up with:
1 - infant car seat
2 - convertible car seat
3 - stroller
4 - high chair
5 - bottles
6 - play mat
7 - monitor
8 - pack n play
9 - snap n go
10 - exersaucer

To add to that:
swing (or rock n' play)
mattress
swaddlers
crib sheets
bedding
mobile

all good ones. I have all of those just trying to make sure i do not miss anything that is a must. any other suggestions.

ditto to what others said but other things you could add are:
-- a bunch of onesies, socks, hats, maybe those baby mittens
-- sleep sacks / swadling blankets
-- baby bathtub / shampoo
-- high chair
-- crib sheets / waterproof pad
-- pack n play sheets
-- changing pad / sheets
-- diaper bag
-- diaper pail
-- boppy pillow with extra covers
-- some baby toys / teethers
-- humidifier
-- childproofing stuff
-- baby monitor
