Start of labor? TMI
I know this question has been asked a few times, but I am 39w1d And I was at the bagel store and felt something wet. I thought my water was breaking! I came home and saw a glob of mucus in my underwear. I'm thinking mucus plug? Now I am feeling crampy in my lower belly. Not coming and going though just dull crampiness. I hope it's the start of labor!!

From my experience, it is a sign of labor. With all 3 pregnancy I lost my mucus plug and within 24 hours I was in the hospital with true labor pain.

I lost the rest of my plug two days ago and since then have been very crampy with a VERY sore and achy lower back... But no labor!!!!!!
I am 38+6. Went to the OB yesterday and was 2 cm dilated, 80-90% effaced so they don't think I'll make it to my due date. I hope both of us go soon!!!!!!!!

I've been crampy too. Unfortunately this can take awhile. If you start feeling contractions, definitely time them.
I hope for your sake it is soon though!!!

It could be but Mucus plug can regenerate and you can also lose it in stages. I would just time any contractions and call Dr if you feel anythin gis off. GL!!!!

It's the start of the start. I lost my mucus plug 4 days or so before going into labor with DD.

I fully lost my mucus plug on a fri and went into labor on Sunday. I think you're going to see your little one very soon!

Crashing...it definitely sounds like your MP & the start of labor, that's how my labor started!
