So we just hired a litigator to get our DP back
If anyone has some good vibes to send us, it would be most appreciated. The POS homeowner is not getting a dime of my money after what she's put us through

My parents had a similar issue a few years ago (found out there was a lien 3 days before closing) and they got their dp back. Good luck! It sucks that you have to hire an attorney to get what is rightfully yours, but some people are just jerks like that!
