carbonated water
i am getting bored with water and juices so i found a flavored carbonated water that says:
caffeine free
sodium free
zero calories
aspartame free
i find myself drinking about 2 glasses of it per night...is it bad? should i stop buying it or drink less of it?

because it tasted too good to be ok for me 
i love soda but know even caffeine free is not ok to have a lot of bc of sugars and stuff - wasnt sure if there was a hidden ingredient that i should look for on the bottle

Its just seltzer right? your not drinking some new flavored carbonated water no one has ever heard of lol
