Mortgage Rates - what to do?
I know its all a gamble, but we are set to refinance our house with a mortgage lender and I was of course quoted a great rate three weeks ago, when rates were low - we never locked in at that time (is that usual when you start the process with them). Anyway, regardless we are where we are - so now I can either wait it out a few more weeks or lock in now at 4. Our current mtg. is 4.875. I just can't decide whetehr to wait it out a little longer and hope there's another dip or lock tomorrow in case rates drastically go up again?

Mortgage Rates - what to do?
I would go to a credit union - we just closed on our refinance with a 3.5% rate.
We never locked either and our rate actually went down to 3.5%.

Mortgage Rates - what to do?
We just closed on our refi about 10 days ago and got a rate of 3.75% with Wells,. We went from 6.25% to 3.75% 30 year fixed

We locked in yesterday at 3.625 for a 20 yr refinance with cash out
