BTDT C-section moms- hospital bag
I can't for the life of me remember what I brought into the hospital and what I left in the car for my DH to get later on when I was in my room. What did everyone else do?

I just had one. we brought essentially nothing into labor and delivery besides a camera. For everything else, I made sure to have a dress to come home in so nothing would have to touch the incision. And I had the regular stuff anyone else would have in their hospital bag.

We left it in the car and only brought up the camera. I think dh brought it up before he left for the night. but I had general anesthesia so I was pretty sleepy and didn't need anything until the next day

we brought it all and it just stayed next to my bed in the pre-op area and then DH moved everything to maternity.
i had a backpack for pre-op and then a small suitcase for maternity.

I went early so I barely had a bag packed. Just have comfy clothes. You are not going to need much the first 24 hrs since you will have the cathedar in. I would not bring too much. If I needed anythign I had someone bring it up for me.

I had a small suitcase and left it next to my bed in recovery. We brought the camera into the OR.

Nothing into the OR that your DH can't fit in his pocket - You don't want to be leaving stuff in random rooms of the hospital -
Everything else, DH got for me once I was in my room.
