for? Breakfast, lunh or dinner or snacks? Feel free to fm me. I know for breafast- eggs or egg whites and toast were a hit. Lunch i tended towards salads with chicken, or leftovers- made sure i had some carb on there. Dinners again a carb- brown rice with meat and a veggie. snacks- fiber one bars, nuts, yogurt, cheese adn crackers- things of that sort .
