Period-like cramps @ 32 weeks - Braxton Hicks?

In the last few days, I've had period-like cramps in my lower abdomen (and sometimes radiating to my upper legs). I'm thinking this is Braxton Hicks, but I don't feel any tightening or anything like that. I didn't experience this with my daughter, so this is new to me!

I have an appt with my doc on Tuesday so I'll mention it then, but just figured I'd see if anyone was also experiencing this. Thanks!

Drink a little more water and see if they continue. Sometimes those cramps can happen from dehydration

That actually sounds like dehydration. I've been getting a lot of BH lately, but also have been somewhat dehydrated. When I drink a lot of water, I don't get those cramps.

Def drink a whole lot and lay down. Even when you think u drank enough, have more.

I felt the same way yesterday. Could also be ligaments stretching. (round ligament pain - I think it's called)
Hopefully it's just your body stretching a bit more to make room in these last weeks.

Ohh thanks, everyone. I'm definitely not doing a good job of drinking as much water as I should so I will definitely work on that (I just refilled my water bottle!).
