Smoothies
I'm a big fan of smoothies (with stuff like bananas, blueberries, spinach, etc.) for myself since it's a great way to get a bunch of nutrition all in one shot.
At what age can I give smoothies to my DS? He is 14 months now but i'm not sure if he's too young since they can be thick?

Re: Smoothies
I started giving them to DS around a year. Since they were so thick I would either spoon feed it to him or let it melt a little and give it to him with a straw.

I don't see why he can't have it now just thin it out with extra milk or water if you feel its too thick.
