favorite dining rooms?
so my fbil is building us a new dining room table..
i'm looking for styling ideas though..walls/window covers/lighting/etc..or even just overall inspiration

Honestly, I would look at Pottery Barn for inspiration. I always think of them when I see farmhouse tables.

I have a handmade farmhouse table that DH built. Our dining room walls are a medium blue, and on the wall behind the table we have a large white wrought iron clock. On the opposite wall, we have a clock wall with about 10 different clocks. Interspersed are vintage fabrics in wooden loops. I have a Ralph Lauren runner in a bright vintage pattern with a centerpiece of pale green and blue vintage glass bottles and candles. The table itself is beige and white with brown mismatched chairs.
