Holy hunger!! Share what your eating through out the day.
I was not this hungry with my 1st DC. I eat and not even a hour later I'm starving! I'm finding myself being picky with food. Can you share what your eating throug the day?

I go through bouts of super hunger and not even caring about food. I usually eat- breakfast: 4 turkey sausage and whole wheat English muffin. Lunch: lean cuisine or turkey/ham and cheese sandwich. Dinner: lean cuisine, panera, sandwich or something (dh works so I'm not cooking for just me). Usually a snack btwn b and l and l and d and one after dinner. Could be fruit, trail mix, cheese and crackers, ice cream sandwich. Whatever I have. I usually try to have protein at every meal. I don't like meat as much. Oddly I'll eat steak or a good burger before chicken where I used to hate red meat and only really eat chicken.

on work-days, i eat the following ... it sounds like a lot now that i'm writing it out but it's mostly healthy things so whatever (of course, i have gained 25-30 pounds so obviously not THAT healthy lol):
9am - coffee and a granola bar or cup of cereal 10:30am - grapes 11:30am - strawberries 12:30pm - nuts or crackers 1pm - lunch (lean cuisine usually) 2:30pm - snack (100 calorie pack or jello pudding or something) 4:30pm - something else usually, but not always 7pm - dinner and a small dessert

i noticed the same thing today and dont know what to do!
8am - bowl of cherrios 10am - yogurt 11:30am - salad (that was supposed to be my lunch but i couldnt hold out!) 1:30 - grilled chicken panini 3:45 - grapes 6:30 - dinner 8pm - ice cream
im going to try eating eggs for breakfast since that should be more filling and also maybe try pudding for snack as the pp does

i made homemade energy bars that seem to fill me up for a bit fruit cottage cheese yogurt pretzels sliced tomato/cucumber granola cereal
