Period like cramps towards the end?
Did anyone get them? I am 35 weeks and they've started this past week but each time I feel like they last a bit longer.

Period like cramps towards the end?
I've been getting them a lot, started around 34 weeks and now I get them much more and am 37+4. I also know baby is engaged and I am 90% effaced and was 1cm dilated last Thursday.

Most likely BH. Make sure you are drinking lots of water!

i am 39 weeks and i have gotten them the past few nights but as of today my DS still has not dropped and i am not dialated so i don't know what the period cramps indicate..

I thought BH was when your stomach tightens up for a few seconds, which mine sometimes does and gets very hard.
These just hurt like old fashioned period cramps, but what made me nervous is I used to get them for a few seconds, now it's minutes at a time.
Yes I only drink water and I am drinking constantly!

@ 33weeks i had really bad period cramps so i sat down and drank a TON of water even though I drank the same amount i always did and they went away, but they were really painful!

I was just going to post about this, I'll be 35 w on Fri and I had really bad period like cramps just now . They only lasted for a sec or two but went on for about 5 min on and off, never had this w DD so scared me a bit.
It's not BH , it's something different.
I know that the baby is very low my OB can feel the head when she checks me , but not dilated as of last Thu. I'm wondering if this could be a beginning of something

I just started getting these starting at 31 weeks, totally not consistent, sometimes I get it at night, sometimes during the day. There's no way I'm dehydrated, I drink tons of water, but there's no way its BH, because I heard those feel like your stomach is tightening beginning at the top of your stomach, so I have no idea what they are, if anybody has a clue, I'd love to know :)
