UTI or just the baby

Ugh, this is so annoying. Im 32 weeks and I feel like even right after I pee I still have to go. Im not sure if its just my bladder being pressed or is it a UTI? I have a dr appt Thrs but in the meantime anyone have any advice? Suggestions? Thoughts?

TIA

I always thought I had a UTI and never did. I always had to pee and always felt like I could go more.

Don't rush off the toilet. Always sit for a sec and see if more will come out. Once I slowed down a bit I felt liek I didn't have to go the minute I stood up.

UTI or just the baby

It could be how the baby positioned itself and resting on your bladder.

Lean as far foward as you can as you pee. It helps to get the most out.

i usually do this. after i finish peeing, i will wait like a minute and then lean forward and usually if any more is in there, it will make its way out

i wouldnt assume a UTI unless it burns when you pee or the pee smells weird. just having to pee often when 32w pregnant usually is just the baby.

I'm also 32 weeks and I'm having the same problem so it's probably just the baby.

Does your pee look cloudy? it could just be baby resting on your bladder

ITA. I had a UTI at 36w pg with DD... big difference than when she was just doing headstands on my bladder.

Likely it's just the position of the baby and you staying well-hydrated.

Just mention it on Thursday and they'll test you while you're in the drs office. However, if it gets painful or you get a fever, then definitely go sooner than later.

Re: UTI or just the baby

I had this 2 weeks ago (25 weeks with twins). No pain or burning. I'd lean forward to get it all out and would need to go again as soon as I sat back down. And when I went back to the bathroom I could pee more. I had them check my urine and there was a tiny but of bacteria but it subsided so I think it was just a baby laying low. They had given me a script to fill in case I developed pain but didn't want me to fill it unless there was pain.
