Newborn photo shoot
$495 for the shoot with all images on a disc, 1 16x20 print, 2 8x10s, 2 mini accordian albums.
No specific amount of pics

If I got a quote and it says 15 retouched files does this I only get 15 pictures?

Most likely. Most photogs won't give unedited photos, only the edited ones.
