This was the kit I had registered for but I'm not sure if it;s worth it. I was thinking of just doing nail clippers, aspirator and two rectal thermometers.
kit
Which nasal aspirator should i register for? Do I need two since it's twins?

everyone's told me that the cheap-o aspirators (for like $1 at cvs) are the best.
based on amazon reviews, the electronic one is amazing (i registered for Nosefrida Baby Nasal Aspirator)
no idea if you need one or two, but if you're going with the cheap one, i'd just get two ... if you're going with the electronic one, i'd prob do one (and use diff tubes or whatever) ... no idea if that's right though

I have that kit and have used nothing from it!
For the aspirator - I just used the one that the hospital gave me (the cheapie one). I ended up purchasing nicer nail clippers and rectal thermometers.
I also registered for an ear thermometer originally thinking I would use it - it's very difficult to get into a baby's ear without thinking you are hurting them since they are squirmy.
