Long shot but I'll try...
Last year someone on this board got some boots, and the top calf part was really cool. I've done a search and I can't find them.
Anyway, the calf part was uneven and they pointed up on the inseam, I think. They were knee high.
I hope I'm explaining it well.

I usually find Franco Sarto at Marshalls and sometimes DSW. Maybe try DSW online, Nordstrom?
