I was told I have to fast before the surgery- but does that include water?

ask your doc of course but, I wasnt allowed any food or drink after 1am for my 12 noon c section ...

CS question
I am not allowed to have anything after midnight tomorrow. I am scheduled for 9am on Thursday! That includes water.

You are lucky. My c-section is scheduled for 330 in the afternoon. I will be starving and thirsty all day waiting....
