Where to find inexpensive colored flats?
I'm talking bright colors  but they have to be on the comfy side, I wear flats all fall and winter long! TIA

TOMS sells awesome canvas ballet flats. They are a bit on the casual side, not sure how fancy you want to be :)

There are no TJ Maxx or Marshall's by me but I can definitely go to Payless. I will also check out H&M and the Gap, thanks! And Target if I can drag DH there

Where to find inexpensive colored flats?
I'm not sure where you're located but by the smith haven mall in lake grove there is a store called Jodi's shoes and they def had some bright colored flats and a new variety of cute ones! It's on 347, behind the mall in the shopping center of friendlys and Lucille Roberts. The are sooo reasonable too! I bought a pair for 14.99 yesterday!

Where to find inexpensive colored flats?
I luck out at Century 21 usually for cheap flats. The Target ones hurt my feet unfortunately. They are so cute but I can't wear them.
