bankruptcy sale
I often look at the bankruptcy auctions just to see what is out there. This house in Bellmore looks pretty decent and has a lot of amenities. The starting bid is $295,000. However, I just want the camel from the front lawn  !
I hope this does not belong to an LIFer. I hope the camel was not the cause of the bankruptcy.

no house is complete without a gilded camel.

Oooops, I went back to the listing and it is an estate auction and not a bankruptcy sale. I hope the camel is not responsible for the death. There are no pictures of the interior of the house. I wonder what surprises there are in there.

I think this house is right behind Viva Loco, just off of Merrick Road.
