Beans and Rice
I'm making all the food for my niece's first birthday, and my sister wanted me to make beans and rice. I know it's not hard, but I've never done it before! Does anyone have a simple and flavorful rice and beans recipe that they can share that is adaptable for a large crowd? I will be feeding 50 people, but there's lots of other food.

Not sure about rice and beans mixed but I love Skinnytaste delicioso cuban black beans. Even better the next day. Maybe make those with the lime cilantro rice (like Chipotles).
