Stomach bug?
Oh no... Now I think my 3 yr old has some stomach virus. My 12 month old just got over coxsackie on Thursday and was 100% the other day. This morning my 3 yr old woke up fun, but later on was just so sleepy. I feared he got the virus even with trying to take every precaution. I'm s crazy cleaner, but things happen. Anyway, he had a low grade temp, but threw up. That's not coxsackie? At least I don't think it is. He hasn't thrown up since around 1ish.
Now he's the real issue. Takin care of my 12 mon old was tough, but at least he still drinks and loves food too much. Plus takes meds fine so motrin was no issue. My 3 yr old had major anxiety with foods and only limits himself to a fee things. One of them is not juice. He only drinks milk and I can't give him that with s stomach bug.
Any advise? Can you throw up with coxsackie? Just hoping it's some 24 hour stomach bug. What about fluids? I had to water down pediasure b.c it's the only thing he'd drink and he took 1 sip. Don't want him to dehydrate. Thanks
