Ok, so sorry for the TIA but is anyone else going through constantly bloated and gassy?
Is it something I'm eating? This is soooo embarrassing!!!!

Welcome to the club. This has been the worst part by far but my SIL gave my a remedy nurses told her after her c section. I haven't tried it but thought I would share
Put a hot tea bag into ginger ale till all the bubbles are Gina and drink
