Also are they ambulatory? Wheelchair accessible housing is so difficult to come by. I've had my best luck in the complex you asked about on here recently, in Babylon. But I know right now they have nothing w/c accessible.

My friend lives in that apartment complex but in Holbrook. It's sooo nice. She loves it there.

We lived in the Heatherwood in Holbrook too.....no complaints!

Heatherwood Apts?
There are 2 Heatherwoods in Ronkonkoma. I live in the one off Ronkonkoma Ave for almost 5 years. They are good. I have no complaints. Maintenance is always taken care of quickly.
The other complex in Ronkonkoma has a pool/gym, the one I am in does not, but has access to use the other complex. I never have though.
I have seen them modify apts as needed for tenants/potential tenants. The super is a godo guy and would rather that good people stay than leave.
