BBQ for 70+ people- what to make
My brother is moving OOS so we're throwing him a good-bye BBQ. I'm trying to figure out what to make for 70+ people (including about 20 kids)
I figured I would do wings and some dips as appetizers, but as the main course I was thinking:
Burgers
Hot Dogs
Pulled Pork
Mac and Cheese
Potato Salad
Caesar Salad
Corn on the Cob
and we'll order a 6' hero and a cake for dessert
What else should I make?

I'd throw in some baked beans or grilled veg or something to lighten it up just a tiny bit.
Or.. since you plan on apps.. maybe a nice crudite and some mozz/tomato skewers.

Thanks for the suggestions.
I'm going to add some cornbread and sliced watermelon. If that's not enough food, they can bring some stuff themselves

i would do a non mayo based salad like a black bean and corn salad.
or a pasta salad

IMO for that amount of people, you should have a chicken option (not just the wings) even if its just skewers or something. I also dont think a 6' hero is enough
