How about a little poem...
Our first son was a joy,
Our second was a blessing;
The third boy was a charm,
And number 4 is what we've been missing!
Better that that obviously...hahaha...

This may or may not work for you - depending on if you are done having babies or not- but if you know you are done after this one, how about something like-
"two little hands, two little feet, our little family is now complete" ?
I got one that said that recently and thought it was so cute!
