I ate terribly today
I feel horriblyy about how I ate today. I had a very long day at work. I unexpectedly had to go in at 645 this morning and got out at 4:30. Tedious work had to change every sign in the store and put out stock. I ate horribly all day long. Snacks and bagels, lots of on the go stuff. No protein or veggies. I've been laying in bed since I got home. Just have no energy...

I ate terribly today
This was how my day went on Saturday and I swear, I'm still recovering! We can't be perfect everyday though, don't beat yourself up. Just try to have a better day tomorrow!

me too =0( I devoured 1/2 of this double stuff oreo package... I think it was like 8 servings of cookies... I can't even fathom how I just did that =0(

I ate like that for most of my pregnancy. Unless you have GD it isnt an issue
