16x20 picture frames?
I'm having such a hard time trying to find these size frames  Can I even buy this size frame or do I have to go to a custom frame store? Please recommend your frame retailer

Our wedding enlargement was 16x20 and I personally feel that my and all photographers do this on purpose. I didn't know just hard it would be to find this size..turns out I had to custom frame the enlargement! I wasn't able to find a pre made 16x20 frame. Good luck!

Here in Arizona we have a Hobby Lobby and micheals that sell them. Also have seen them at Walmart. I never have had trouble finding them. They also sell them on Amazon. it's one of my favorite sizes, most of my prints are this size.

As a photographer I have to ask, why do you think "all photographers" sell this size? I sell that size because it's my personal favorite. Not to inconvience customers. It's a really common print size.

16x20 picture frames?
I have a ton of framed 16x20 and I don't think it's a custom size at all. I got my frames at Michaels, or even Target. On sale, I've gotten them for about $15. Sometimes, I buy the "collage" frame 16x20, and just take out the matte that has the cut-outs in it and frame my picture. Much cheaper way to go.

I was just at Ikea the other day and they had a huge selection of frames. I got 16x20. Not expensive either!

I have bought this size at michael's and at kohls without any issue. Some with mattes and others without.

I felt this way bc when shopping for photographers this was the only enlargement size tht was being offered in their packages. And I saw quite a few professional photographers when shopping for our wedding. Pls don't take offense...

I can't speak for all photographers but the pro lab I use a 16x20 is the largest "cheap" print size. The next size up(even though its only in inch or two larger) is a huge spike in price. So that may play into why it's apart of their packages.
