Which would you do first?
It's not a matter of the cost but what do you think is more important?
Doing the LR, Kitchen, and DR floors
or
Main Bathroom -new toilet, vanity, medicine cabinet, and tile.

Its not bad but the vanity is not my taste and a little beat up. The medicine cabinet is ugly and not large enough, and the tile is only a year old and the color is ok but I feel like the tiles are too large for the bathroom.

We did both - at once  It was insane but fun...and thankfully we had the opportunity to stay at our apartment during most of the renovation.
Refinishing the floors can be a huge job - the company we used will move the existing furniture out of the rooms for you (again, we weren't moved in yet so we didn't have this issue) but you can't put furniture down for 48 hrs.
A bathroom will give you more return if you were to sell. If it's just cosmetic, it could be an easy re-do and you could essentially, do both.

Thanks! DH will be doing everything himslef. The bathroom is cosmetic. What type of floor did you have put down?

I have wood floors throughout so I had them refinished - sorry, I assumed that's what you meant.
Unless you're talking about the bathroom - I put 1" hex tiles down.

Yes I meant the Wood floors! TY! We currently have laminate in LR, Tile in Kitchen, and Carpet in DR

Hmmm...in that case, I would make the floors the priority. I prefer the flow of having all the same flooring.

 ME 2. I think the floors have been bothering me more then the bathroom so I guess we will start with the floors
