Can I join you?
Hi everyone! I grew up on LI, got married and moved to NC. My husband and I have been TTC for 5 years. We were diagnosed by a RE down here with Unexplained Infertility, did a couple of IUI's and one IVF (they did not recommend me doing another IVF). They thought that doing IUI's and not removing eggs would be better for our situation. The emotional rollercoaster took it's toll and we decided to take a break for a year and a few months ago we were contacted to be part of a nation wide study out of Yale called the AMIGOS trial. You could either get randomized to pills (two blinded drugs) or injectables (Menopur). We are currently on our third round of IUI's with injectables and I was just wondering if anyone had heard of the study or was involved in it?
I am currently on CD12 - looks like I will be ready for IUI on Monday/Tuesday. Is anyone a cycle buddy?
