Is Sesame Place a waste for a 1 year old?
DD just turned one. Friends of ours want us to go to Sesame Place with them (they have a 2 year old). Is it a complete waste for us to go?

At literally 12 months it's too early IMO but we went at 15 months and ds had a blast. He was also very steady on his feet already, so that makes a difference as well. I'm not in the camp of waiting for kids to be able to remember experiences though. I think having a great time and enjoying it in the present is enough.

I got the same feedback from one of my co-workers. We were going to take DS in the fall (he will be 14/15) months and she said her son had a blast at that age.

DD is 15 months and she loved the characters! She went on a few rides before she fell asleep. You don't pay for a 1 year old, so I didn't feel like it was a waste. (We also have a 3 yo DS)

Thanks everyone. I'll see if we can go around September / October when DD will be 14 / 15 months old.
