Re: Daycare in maspeth

I'm from Maspeth and I can tell you I searched and search and I went to check out 2 day cares. One in home center on 69th street & another on 58th street that was a facility, and I dont mean to scare you / stress you out even more but I left both places hysterical crying. FM me and I'll go into more detail & give you the exact places if you wanted.

Re: Daycare in maspeth

I looked in to Christ the King's daycare program in middle village and would have enrolled my son there if my MIL didn't watch him. They run a program comparable to the Tutor Times and Kiddie Cares except that their teachers on not certified and it is more like Grandmothers and Mothers watching the kids, but I would have left my son there than some of the smaller independent daycares. We left a few as well in Queens where I was ready to take the kids in there with me! Good Luck. It is so hard choosing.

Re: Daycare in maspeth

My son has been going and my daughter will start Christ the King in September. They have an incredibly great program. They do have teachers that are certified as well as ones with college degrees and others that have a large amount of experience. Additionally, everyone is CPR/First Aid certified and they have a nurse on staff daily. I worked there during college as a classroom aide and must say that they care so much about the kids and really form great relationships. Truly a wonderful program that continues to grow.

Re: Daycare in maspeth

Love love love Christ the King! DS has been going for almost 2 years and DD for 1 year. We are moving to LI so we have to change and this is something I will definitely miss.

FM me for info.
