How did you potty train for poop?
DS is 33 months and more than ready for potty training, wakes up dry, etc.
We've been reading potty books (obsessively, lol!) and he's been wearing undies for longer and longer periods of time over the last couple of days. Three times he started peeing in the undie, held it, and finished in the toilet. Yesterday he yelled out "potty" and we ran to the potty to pee, undie was dry
But, how do I train for poo? He used to have "regular" pooping times but does not anymore. Some days he poopies 3 times, others 1 time.
Am I just going to have to endure some poopie in the undie or is there a better way? (he doesn't hide to poopie like other kids)

Liam wound up holding it in for days and we had to do Miralax and whatnot. I had to bribe him with a really awesome buzz lightyear. We visited it at target and when he pooped, he got it.

We just kept DS in underwear and when we saw that he might have to poop, he went on the toilet. DS was fully potty trained in 2 days because we didn't put him back in the diaper.
