How do you choose nail salon?
I have been going to a nail salon for many years and it is definetely time for me to move on. How do you choose one? I worry about cleaniness, etc. I live in Suffolk...

Sadly, I probably am not careful enough. I usually walk around my neighborhood and see who has the most people and who has the best Mon-Wed deal.
I think I need to be more careful.

I go on a recommendation. The one that I currently go to I have been going to for many, many years. I originally went there because a friend of mine raved about it.

Recommendations .. and I also look to see that things are sterilized, like the tools... I go for a mani first and while I'm there I check to see that the pedi tubs are cleaned out after each use.

proximity..the one i use now is about 3 blocks away-just so happens that an old nail lady i used to love works there-she disappeared from my old place!
