Babysitting
who do you use for a babysitter? I don't have many teenagers in my life that babysit and I don't trust someone from an online site. Where do I get a sitter?

My ILs or my niece. But I want to find a good teenager we can trust as my niece is going to college in the fall!
My friend found hers either on care.com or sittercity.com.
ETA: my niece gets alot of families through word of mouth in her neighborhood, maybe ask some of your friends/neighbors if htey have a sitter they can recommend

Try the local middle or high school. That is where I got one of my first babysitting jobs from.
The mom went to the Middle school and asked the front office to ask around to teachers for a babysitter etc.
I was suggested and got the job.

I know my local library has a babysitting course and the kids that complete it put their name on a list there...I am friendly with the librarian so I am going to ask her suggestions from that list as I need another teenager to put into the rotation.
