Hampton, VA - on way to OBX?
Is this a good place to stop for one night on the way to Outerbanks? We need something also kid-friendly - we'll be with our toddler.
They have some deals online. Also deciding whether to book ahead or look for something once we get there? Any advice?

I dont LOVE Hampton but if you are only staying over a night and not vacationing there, you should be fine.
Hampton is only about 2 hours from the OBX so it may be much cheaper to just keep driving.
