They are a little behind in the news.. I got the same email about 2 weeks ago from somewhere else and already got the repair kit.. I also got the same email today...

Product Recall: Artsana USA Inc. – Chicco Polly High Chairs
Lol, they are definitely behind. I laughed when I saw the email from them because I too have already received my repair kit! I'm a little disappointed that the "repair" can't come off at all to store the tray at least part time. I haven't put them on yet because of this. DS has been using the chair without the tray lately so its been on the pegs anyway.
