locked in our rate this week
3.375....holy moly!!! if your looking to lock in, now is the time to do it! I almost fell over when our mortgage broker called.

locked in our rate this week
Wow!!! And I thought my 4.375% was super low when we bought a year and a half ago!!

My mortgage broker called me last night and is going to lock in too. He said it was 3.25%, hoping for something in the low to mid 3s. Fingers crossed.

WOW! 3.25 and 3.37...that's awesome. Are these for 30 or 15 years?
ETA also, are these first mortgages or refis?
