Make sure you ladies are drinking a lot of water in this heat
I had to go to the hospital the other day. I had some bleeding and cramping. The bleeding was my cervix softening, but the cramping was from dehydration! I had to get an IV to hydrate me and I drink a lot of water...or at least i thought I was. They told me to drink like 2 gallons a day especially on the really hot days. So stay hydrated girls

Happy to hear you are okay!!
I always appreciate a reminder to drink my H20. I have a water bottle with me at all times- I just have to remember to keep drinking!
