We did it!
I brought DS to the beach for the first time. I went with a friend whose son is two weeks older (8 months) and everything went well. My son is crawling and all I pictured was following him around to the edge of the neet sheet and putting him back in the middle! It turns out he didn't like the sand so he didnt venture off the sheet.
