How did you choose your oven?
I am in a bit of a conumdrum about my oven, the oven I have chosen is a lovely Neff oven, but its a basic oven, just really basic. Its a double oven with an oven/broiler (we call it a grill) on the top and a big oven on the bottom...I am now panicking a bit thinking I should choose a higher spec one as I am doing the kitchen the whole hog...I do like to cook, but not bake tons..do you think that a regular plain old oven is good enough for me???

Re: How did you choose your oven?
We have a convection oven and I love it. It cooks so evenly. Usually wall ovens are smaller inside so you cant put large pans, not sure if it is the same in England so that might something else to consider. Also if you do not do a lot of baking maybe consider getting a stove instead of a cooktop and seperate wall over. You would gain a decent amount of storage and countertop back and I am all for lots of countertop space.

Well, it's probably fine for your purposes...but there are a few factors to consider, like how much more is the higher spec oven? Can you afford it? Are you planning on moving any time soon?
