Prenatal Massage
I'm going to Massage Envy on Saturday for one.
Has anyone had one? How was it?
I"m really looking foward to it since DH doesn't care to give me one at all

I just wanted to say your DH sounds like mine!! I asked if he would give me a massage...he told me he'd pay for me to have one at Massage Envy too!

i just went for one this past saturday, DH got me a GC for my bday last month... I don't know if it was the lady that gave me the massage but i wasn't impressed. Plus she had me arch myself in a weird position on my side with a pillow in between my legs so I wasn't really comfortable.... but I hope your session goes better than mine!!

I have a monthly membership to Massage Envy which I happened to buy the month before I got pregnant, so I have been getting once once a month!!
They are so nice & relaxing, esp at this stage when you're achy, swollen and tired...just lay on your side and enjoy. I have a girl I go to every time who specializes in prenatal. They will make you sign a form about "risks" if you haven't gone there before but I haven't had any problems.

I go to Hand & Stone and even though I am on my side hugging a body pillow, its still an awesome experience! I am loving it!!!

I had a membership for my last pregnancy and now for this one. I must say that they are NOT my favorite because like some previous posters have said, you are on your side which isn't the most comfortable for me. It is also very light pressure which I dont like. I go anyway because it gives me some me time and I am forced to relax as I have a 2 year old at home. I guess it's a matter of taste. The one I go to wouldn't do them unless I had a dr.'s note and signed some forms which was wierd because I didn't have to do it last time.

Just got one today  it was great, but I definitely think it depends on who the massage therapist is. Which massage envy do you go to?
