I don't know...I live in Sayville and passed this house the other day but I didn't really notice if people were living there.

Really cute house. I love Sayville - it's my favorite So. Shore town. Doesn't really look lived in...doesn't really look "flipped".

Can't always go by those maps - they are totally inaccurate sometimes.

If you look at the map, Lakeland is the street that is running diagonal through the middle of the map and Johnson is the street that John and Hopkins street is off of....The house is on Greeley Ave...The house is about 1/2 mile from the train station....The street is somewhat busy but not too bad....I am still wondering why its so cheap for Sayville...I have lived in Sayville my whole life (28 years) and would love to stay here so hopefully prices will level off.
